2025 SUMMER WEEKLY RATES – (Currently Subject to 8.5% NH Tax)

        DOGWOOD                          Maximum 8 People          $ 2,625

        REDWOOD                         Maximum 10 People          $ 3,390                                                           

        BEACHSIDE                         Maximum 8 People          $ 3,340

COTTAGES WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SHOWN ABOVE.  To insure your privacy, our facilities are for the use of our paying guests only.  Reservations must specify the number of people in your party (babies are counted as people).  OVERNIGHT VISITORS BEYOND THE NUMBERS LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT PERMITTED.  DAYTIME VISITORS TO YOUR UNIT ARE LIMITED TO 4 AND ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE COMMON AREAS, INCLUDING THE BEACH. 

All units have microwaves, TV’s, and free cable for excellent reception.  Fireplace wood is available for a small charge.  Boats may be rented from us or from local Marinas; please request Boat Rental Information Sheet.  Sheets and pillowcases are available at $7.00 per bed if desired; towels are not furnished.

The rental week begins Saturday with the units becoming available after 2:30 P.M.  Check out time is by 10:30 A.M.  A deposit of one half of the total is required for a reservation.  Make checks payable to Sandybeach of Newfound.  Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.  The balance, including the tax is payable at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.  I f you must cancel your reservation, we will be happy to return your deposit in full when your weeks have been re-rented.
